  • Returns: Due to the nature of oboe reeds, once reeds have to been tested all sales are final.
  • Defective Products: If you believe you have received a defective Product, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order at info@cfreeds.co.uk with photographic proof of the defect.
  • Refunds: If we determine that a Product is defective, we will offer a replacement reed at our discretion. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping: If a return is authorized, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The Website and its content, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and designs, are the intellectual property of CF Reeds and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
  • You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the Website without our express written permission.
